The pedalo®-Footboards moveable fulcrum can be used individually and allow varied exercises for foot-leg-axle training (foot- > ankle- > knee- > hip-joint) to improve coordination and stabilization, strengthening and stretching of the foot to erect the horizontally foot arch and train the longitudinally arch for a healthy foot. Your stability and walking safety will be improved noticeably. Proved in many cases in prevention of fall prevention.

Ideal for strengthening exercises in front leaning rest on ground when hand or forearm rests on the footboards. Also ideally used as supplemental parts to balance boards, spring boards or Rotating Balance Board to increase level of difficulty. In combination with these additional parts, two independent movement patterns, lying upon each other, have to be balanced. Stowed away quickly in every bag, the pedalo®-Footboards moveable fulcrum are an optimal appliance to each training.
